Lad Lake Education services include four specialized programs: Lakewood School, Campus Day Education, Synergy Alternative School, and ULTRA Day Treatment. Each program is geared toward helping different types of at-risk youth who have been unsuccessful in normal school situations by addressing their unique educational needs and preparing them for reintegration into the community.

Lakewood School & Campus Day Education
Located on the Dousman campus these two programs provide a stable school setting for 10- to 21-year old males. Lakewood School serves youth in Lad Lake’s Residential program, while Campus Day Education serves students from the Waukesha County School Districts, personally picked up and dropped off by a Lad Lake staff member.

Synergy Alternative School & ULTRA Day Treatment
These two programs are located at our Education and LIfe Skills Development Center in Milwaukee and staffed by teachers who work toward eliminating the distractions and negative influences students might encounter in other classroom settings. Synergy serves 12- to 21-year-old male and female Milwaukee Public Schools' students with a history of truancy, disorderly conduct, or out-of-home placement at a juvenile correctional facility. ULTRA (Urban Living Treatment Recognizing Academics) specializes in "academic recovery," offering life skills improvement for students with anger management, drug, and alcohol issues.
