ST. ROSE CENTER
St. Rose Youth & Family Center, Inc., founded in 1848, is an independent, nonsectarian, nonprofit organization. Our goal is “Changing Heartache to Hope”. We take fragile, sometimes shattered lives, and provide them with opportunities to heal, leading to hope for a better future. Our programs are designed to meet the needs of vulnerable populations: troubled girls and young women, families in crisis, and children of incarcerated parents. St. Rose is a leader in healing and advocacy for troubled children, young women, and their families.
St. Rose Youth & Family Center, Inc. includes residential care and therapeutic day education programs with a unique on-site school for troubled girls from ages 12 to 18. We specialize in helping girls with severe emotional and behavioral problems such as self-abuse, delinquent activity, running away, school failure, inappropriate sexual activity, depression, mental health, and anger control issues. St. Rose also provides community based programs such as our Family Reunification Program and Nurturing Program.
St. Rose’s dedicated staff of therapists, treatment counselors, and teachers work to help bring healing, coping skills, and self-confidence to these children and young women, so they can succeed in their families and community.
Our programs are respected and selected because of our record of success with many of these most serious and challenging cases.
