Special Events
Bright Lights Event
Bright Lights, Big Dreams Annual Gala
Lad Lake’s Bright Lights Big Dreams annual gala is an event that celebrates hope by spotlighting the efforts of several individuals within Lad Lake who have shown promise throughout the year.

Join in an evening to support Lad Lake’s youth through our annual fundraiser. Together, we celebrate the successes of some of our top student achievers. These amazing kids are transforming their lives and becoming productive members of our community. Enjoy an evening of music, food, and networking. Come be inspired by our youth – and learn about their big dreams!

Kettle Classic
Whether you want to walk a leisurely mile, pace a 5k or cycle 15 or 30 miles through the stunning Kettle Moraine in Dousman, the Kettle Classic offers something for everyone. Enjoy the walk, ride or run even more knowing that your efforts will also help troubled youth race toward success.

Lad Lake guides growth for struggling youth dealing with unimaginable circumstances at home and in their neighborhoods. Registration fees help give at-risk youth a last chance to improve in school, and an opportunity to learn a trade and gain employment.

See Lad Lake’s private 365-acre estate, join in the fun with family-friendly activities and a full BBQ lunch. Volunteer or participate! Registration is available for individuals, families and sponsors. Because when you help put youth on a better course in life, everybody wins!

Food Pantry
Food Pantry
Established in 2003, the Lad Lake food pantry has become a source of sustenance for certain young adults and families associated with our organization who find themselves in need. Often, those enrolled in our Independent Living program and Connections have difficulty budgeting for food. The food pantry is intended as a means to help our youth stretch their dollars until they learn the fundamentals of living on their own.

Located at our St. Rose facility, the food pantry is open every Monday and Thursday from 2PM-5PM. The food pantry can also be accessed by scheduling an appointment. When running at capacity, the program serves approximately 15-20 clients per week with an excess of 600 clients per year.

The food pantry accepts all nonperishable foods, as well as fruits and vegetables that fall within our capacity to distribute in a timely matter. We do not accept any outdated or expired products.

Please consider making a donation. For more information on how to contribute,

Lad Lake appreciates the donation of a variety of goods and services. A donation of school supplies or health and hygiene items, for example, can always be utilized at the residential treatment facilities and schools for both girls and boys.  These types of donations allow us to allocate much needed funds to our programs serving at-risk youth and families.

Lad Lake facilities accepts donations of school supplies, new desktop computers and laptops, desks, chairs, sofas and house wares/ furniture.
