Our Lad Lake staff is dedicated to providing the best care possible for the growing number of boys, girls, young adults, and families we work with on a day-to-day basis.
Each of our four program areas – including Education, Independent Living, Outreach, and Residential Services – boasts a number of trained professionals who see to it that each individual receives the proper attention reflective of one’s needs.
Whether that means one-on-one classroom attention, behavioral counseling, or simply being a shoulder for them to cry on, our staff meets these children and young adults at their level, establishing personal relationships that lead to a greater opportunity for eventual growth and success.
Also leading to a greater opportunity for each client’s eventual growth and success is our recent partnership with St. Rose Youth & Family Center. Lad Lake and St. Rose share commonalities in programming, culture, and mission. Folding the organization into the Lad Lake family is a natural “next step” in the evolution of support and services available to boys, girls and families in need throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
